1:45 - 3:15 PM | Interactive Workshop: Leadership “on Purpose” Christian Recknagel, TAIT It is hard to lead “on purpose” if you do not have a purpose to be on. So much has been written and documented on the importance of being clear about your purpose and values, whether for a leader or a company. We often do not find the time or commit to doing the work to document these things. If you don’t document them, operationalizing them is unlikely. This conversation is designed to help leaders begin to articulate their leadership purpose and values that, whether they realize it or not, are the foundation of their leadership approach. Having this documented will encourage a more purposeful expression of their leadership and create more consistency in how they engage and influence their teams, colleagues and other constituents.
