Registration Information

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes breakfasts, educational sessions, lunch, and the networking reception. Registrants are required to make their own travel and hotel reservations.  All sessions will take place at the Baltimore Hilton - Inner Harbor located at 401 West Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.  Room rates are $179/night (+ taxes & fees).  Click here to make reservations.

Next Generation Chief Business Officer (NGCBO) session is a full-day session that will address the important issue of leadership in our profession, the CBOs roles on campus, the emerging issues facing higher education, leadership style, career mapping, and more. This session will take place on Monday, March 4.

The Women's Leadership Forum is a dynamic, quality one-day program that allows women to immerse themselves (beyond a single session) more deeply in being vulnerable in addressing the challenges they are facing, learn from peers, being inspired by other women leaders sharing their stories, and learning about key topics that will improve their effectiveness and well-being. This program will provide a strong balance of enriching content, learning from peers, networking, and relationship building in informal settings. This session will take place on Monday, March 4.

* Take advantage of a discounted rate when registering for a pre-workshop session and the 2024 Workshop.
* WLF and NGCBO cost $300 for members when paired with the workshop registration or $400 if attending ONLY the WLF or NGCBO (not paired with the workshop).

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notices must be received in writing via email. Registration cancellations will receive a full (100%) refund up to December 31, a 50% refund up to January 31, and no refund after January 31. EACUBO reserves the right to update this policy.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. Send the name of the registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information to EACUBO by email.

Code of Conduct

All attendees of the EACUBO 2024 Workshop, NGCBO, and WLF sessions agree to comply with all rules and conditions of the meeting, including all rules in the program, all rules in correspondence regarding the Annual Workshop, and all rules that are posted onsite at the meeting.
