Participants will be asked to share the question they surfaced during the break with a thought partner and, after a few minutes of discussion, the pair will agree on a question to submit for consideration.

Meeting Effectiveness
This session examines the critical elements of effective meetings. It relies on an instrument developed to assess meeting effectiveness.

Career Mapping
During this interactive session, participants will examine the path that brought them to their current position. Working with a thought partner, they will chart a path to their future.
