Managing and mitigating the risks requires well defined strategies and standards aligned with operational and compliance frameworks. Operations standards need to be aligned with business needs in a manner that is managed and communicated through appropriate governance channels. This session will explore common issues in design, configuration and IT operational processes and how well thought out governance processes and improve and enhance technology and cybersecurity risk management and mitigation.
