Knowing about a skill or competency is one thing. Being able to access it in the moment is another.  Building off the General Session, Howard Teibel and Christian Recknagel will lead participants through activities that bring out authentic ways of engaging and leading others.  The gap between what we know and what we can do is bridged through repeated practice, coming up short, evaluating and then succeeding. This is the centerpiece of what we call confidence. Come to this session and be ready to have fun and consider some new thinking!
