Bridging the Generational Gap: Enhancing Employee Engagement and Morale in the Workplace

Bridging the Generational Gap session is designed to provide aspiring, new and seasoned managers and leaders with the knowledge and tools to effectively manage and lead across various generations in order to enhance employee engagement and morale.

In today's diverse workforce, it is essential for managers and leaders to understand the unique characteristics, values, and communication styles of multiple generations to foster a positive work environment and maximize employee productivity.

The session will cover four generations (Boomers, GenX, GenY (Millennials) and GenZ (and may also include presenters from each generation - TBD). The session will include interactive discussions and practical exercises.

The goal is to have a fun and engaging session for participants to learn and understand how different and but yet how similar the multi-generational differences truly.
