Ashlee Shuler is the Director of Belonging & Diversity Product Portfolio Strategy at Workday, where she drives the global vision, strategy, and competitive differentiation for Equitable and Inclusive Solutions. With over 15 years of experience as a HR Tech professional, she has a proven track record in shaping cross-product roadmaps and leading transformative diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategies. Previously, Ashlee played a key role in orchestrating Workday's global ERG strategy and leading a cross-functional team to design the Talent Acquisition Diversity Outreach Strategy.
