Registration Information

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes breakfasts, educational sessions, lunches, special events, and networking receptions. Annual Meeting badges are required for entry and participation in all sessions and events.

Guest registration must be purchased in conjunction with a full registration. It includes admission to food and beverage functions and special events; guest registration does not include access to educational sessions.

Registrants are required to make their own travel and hotel reservations.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notices must be received in writing via email. Registration cancellations will receive a full (100%) refund up to September 25, a 50% refund up to October 2, and no refund after October 2. EACUBO reserves the right to update this policy.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. Send the name of the registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information to EACUBO by email.

Code of Conduct

All attendees of the EACUBO 2023 Annual Meeting agree to comply with all rules and conditions of the meeting, including all rules in the program, all rules in correspondence regarding the Annual Meeting, and all rules that are posted onsite at the meeting.

Important Registration Deadlines

  • September 10, 2023 - Deadline for Early-Bird Registration
  • September 25, 2023 - Deadline for Full Refund
  • October 2, 2023 - Deadline for 50% Refund
  • October 21, 2023 - Deadline for Regular Registration
