Learn how leaders from John Jay CUNY and Temple University leveraged analytics in Human Capital data and administrative quality to improve course margins as well as optimize labor activity mix to improve outcomes and effectiveness. Each institution leveraged different areas of data and tools to understand how they can improve their resource utilization while addressing areas of improvement to improve satisfaction and effectiveness on their administrative services on campus. Additionally, Temple has been looking further into this data from a course margin perspective, optimizing faculty utilization, providing a greater degree of financial sustainability for their campus and programs.
