Katie Hagan is a Principal at rpk GROUP (rpk) where she leads all projects related to higher education institutional and system transformation. She has been with rpk for five years and helped dozens of institutions and systems across the country work towards sustainable and student-centered business models. Prior to joining rpk, Katie was with Georgetown University in the Edunomics Lab where she supported the implementation of federal education finance policy and consulted with school districts and state legislatures on education funding formulas. Katie began her career as an 8 th grade English teacher and holds a master's in public policy from Duke University, a master's in education from UNLV, and a bachelors in English from Virginia Tech.
