John Dunlap serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the UMass President's Office, a position he has held since 2018. He previously served as the Director of Employee and Labor Relation for MIT and as the Chief of Labor and Personnel for the City of Boston. He holds a BA in Communications from UMass Amherst and a MA in Public Administration from Northeastern.
