Helen G Drinan spent twenty years in banking and healthcare insurance before serving for twelve years as president of Simmons University in Boston, where she resolved an onerous structural deficit, introduced highly successful online graduate education as an early-adopter, and created One Simmons, a barter transaction/strategic real estate development. She served as interim president of Cabrini University in Pennsylvania, leading an asset sale of the institution to Villanova University. She currently advises the chair of the board of Northland College in Wisconsin as that school closes under hardship.
