As Senior Vice President for Capital Planning and Campus Operations, Josh is responsible for leading the development of the 5-year capital plan, partnering with the board of trustees and Dartmouth leadership to develop the strategic vision for large institutional priorities such as housing, decarbonization, and childcare, and managing the operations of the Campus Services division, which includes the offices of Sustainability; Planning, Design and Construction; Environmental Health and Safety; Facilities Operations & Management; Real Estate; Childcare; the division's operations and legal functions; and Business and Hospitality, which includes Dartmouth Dining, the Dartmouth Skiway, Hanover Inn, Transportation and Parking, Campus Mail, and the Print, Mail and Delivery Services.
