Chris Dalgarno-Platt is a Senior Vice President with Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC (EYIA), EY’s US infrastructure advisory group. Chris has worked for over 20 years to support the delivery of P3 and other infrastructure projects, working as a public sector client and in an advisory capacity. He has advised on projects in a range of sectors including higher education energy and social infrastructure, broadband and telecommunications, K-12 education, justice, port and transportation, working across all phases of project procurement from feasibility, Requests for Qualifications, Requests for Proposals, contract execution and operations.Prior to joining EYIA in 2013, Chris was a procurer of P3 education and waste projects with a UK local government agency. Chris holds a masters from the University of Edinburgh and is a Qualified Municipal Advisor Representative.
